Returns Policy

At Paddock House, each piece is crafted to order. We don’t hold warehouse stock - this helps us reduce waste and stay true to our values of quality and sustainability. Because of this, our returns policy is a little different from big-box retailers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Items must be free of stains, marks, pet hair, and scent.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email info@paddockhousesofficial.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We will confirm the next steps and provide the return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We understand sizing doesn’t always go to plan. If you need a different size, just let us know in your return request:

  • We’ll remake the item in your new size and ship it out to you.

  • We’ll remake the item once in your new size.

  • You’ll just need to cover the cost of returning the original item.

If your preferred size or style isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including covering return postage.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind or size-related returns.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are on us.

8. International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items, but are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please mark the package clearly as “Return to Seller” to avoid unnecessary customs charges.
