Return & Exchange Policy

At Paddock House, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
Items must be free of stains, marks, pet hair, and scent.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email info@paddockhousesofficial.com with:
Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
We will respond with return instructions and the address.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
8. International Returns
International customers are welcome to return items but are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please clearly mark the package as a "Return to Seller" to avoid additional customs charges.
