UK Delivery
📦 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the products in your basket.

• Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days once fulfilled.

Europe Delivery
📦 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your basket.

• Europe: Estimated delivery 5–7 business days once fulfilled.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, from our delivery partner. The shipment will be listed as coming from Fulfilment Centre FC7.

If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery, a card may be left with instructions on how to rearrange or collect it.
